My first decade was spent at JPMorgan Chase — in Detroit and later in Troy — learning how real organizations work: operations, risk, and the operational machinery most people never see up close.
From there I spent 11 years serving the Fortune 100, eventually rising to VP and leading global teams through complex change and high-stakes decisions.
I didn't just analyze how business decisions were made. I was in the room making them. That is the foundation of my work today.
