Common questions about booking

What happens after I book?

You will receive a calendar invite with a Google Meet link. For strategy sessions, I may ask for your domain or a brief note on what you want to focus on so we can use the time wisely. In-person strategy sessions (1 hour minimum) are available in the Metro Detroit, Ann Arbor, Brighton, Lansing, and Grand Rapids areas. Please note your preference when booking.

Can I apply the session fee to a service?

Yes. The 15-minute meeting fee is credited toward any cleanup or ongoing service if we move forward. The 60-minute strategy session is a standalone strategic engagement at my hourly rate.

Is this a sales call?

No. These are paid meetings. I will answer your questions, review your actual situation, and give you a clear recommendation — including whether I am the right fit.

Why is the call paid?

I keep my client list intentionally small — usually 3 to 5 at any given time — so I can handle the work personally and deliver white-glove service that drives real results for my paying clients. By investing in a paid session, we both arrive prepared to tackle and solve a specific challenge. And when you become a client, it allows me to maintain that same commitment and high-touch service for you and your business.
